Able to manage position of chart's legend

Currently, the chart's legend is positioned at the bottom, below the chart.
Customer requested to have the option to manage chart's legend position.
Use case:
Due to the limited space at the bottom of the charts, Dimension names are being cut-off if they are slightly longer and therefore in cases not enough explanatory for viewers to fully understand the data displayed on the chart.
If the chart's legend would be on the side, this would probably happen less frequent as there could be more space available.

Currently, users can see Dimension names listed at the bottom of charts, which can be cut-off.
User would like to have an option to switch between vertical/horizontal layout, as the vertical view tend to display full length Dimension names.
