Currently, Advanced Table displays rows accordingly to the selected 'Sort by Column' option and if Metric Dimensions in the selected column doesn't have any values associated with them, other Metrics Dimensions that has values associated with them won't appear on the table at all.

In Advanced Tables rows all metrics should be included, regardless of the metric value - therefore including a metric value of zero as well.
Including 0 as a relevant value would be an easy fix, so that we're not excluding data across all metrics included in the table. This way, all columns and rows would be populated with the available data for each Metric and Dimension.

With the release of new more powerful charts, all dimensions are shown in the table even if they don't have value for the main metric.
