Allow more space for Pie-chart labels

Currently, labels cannot always be shown entirely on a Pie chart, although there is enough whitespace around the chart.
The Pie chart should be smart to figure out where the labels can be placed to allow full readability.

With the release of new more powerful charts, we fixed labels for pie charts, which are now more visible.
