Gauge visualization: Ability to add additional Goal line

Currently, users can set up Alerts with conditions which allows them to see whether the performance of a metric is within the standard deviation or not.
User would like to add another goal line (seeing 2 goals in 1) on a Gauge visualization in a Databoard.
For example, a line to show the minimum performance target and their desired Goal
