Pie chart progress should change color when target is reached

We have a Sales Target Metric that our team have exceeded this month, but the color on the metric remains the same when we surpass 100% of the target, it would be great if the color could change as we surpass 100%. See a sample of what it could look like below (see monthly ac target)
