Progress bar: show in percentages how much time left to reach a goal

Currently, the Progress bar shows how much time is left to reach a goal.
For example, when user sets a Quarterly Goal, it will say one month left to achieve the goal.
User would like to see in % how much time is left to reach the goal.
Use case:
They are mainly monitoring metrics' Goals on the Goals landing page, but are interested to monitor them on Progress bars on Databoards as well.
