Ability to copy the Looped Databoards to Client Accounts

Earlier, the agency users were able to copy the whole Databoard Loop to their Client Accounts.

It would be great to re-add this feature back.
Now, I have to send each Databoard separately to Client Accounts and then created loops in each of the accounts.

The user would like to be able to save Looped Databoards as Account Templates, so they can have the loop in Client Accounts as well. They would like to have the ability to copy the Looped Databoards to Client Accounts.
