Ability to set dynamic rolling goals with % increases

The agency performance goal for their clients is to be 20% better than the previous performance (prior month)
So for example if they had 1000 sessions in June, July's goal would be 1000 sessions X 120% so 1200 Sessions. At the moment goals can be set using manual values or by setting another metric as the goal value. It would be great to have an option that adjusts the goal value based on a fixed rolling date range so that last month's performance can be used as the goal value for the next month.
