Ability to save custom colors for Databoards

Currently, it is possible to choose custom background color's for Databoards by using Hex codes, but they cannot be saved.

Having to choose the custom color Hex code each time when building a Databoard is time-consuming, so it would help if the custom colors and other Visual settings could be saved. Alternative solution, to save Databoard as an Account Template, is not best for them.
Additionally, user has also requested for the ability to save custom color as personal chart theme(s).

Use case:
It would be ideal to have a minimum of 3 slots to save personal custom colors and chart themes.
