Sales managers globally rely on LinkedIn, but it's primarily large companies that integrate it into their CRM systems. I estimate that around 80% of other companies don't link LinkedIn to any system, despite the value of this data. In my view, it’s essential to have a dashboard that compares the results of B2B marketing campaigns (like those in HubSpot) with subsequent sales outcomes on LinkedIn.
I concur with the comments below.
I am finding that companies are losing out on the movements of their team members as the algorithms on a personal LinkedIn page can be better seen, have more freedoms, and can log interactions with multiple clients than on a company page. If the analytics could be shown on a dashboard of a company's team members, it could help in many ways. In my many years of experience, I noticed that clients would rather follow and interact with an individual from the company, similar to Richard Branson with Virgin or Steve Jobs of Apple.
Customer would like to have the ability to connect their client's LinkedIn Personal Profiles, as Personal Profiles always perform better than LinkedIn Company Pages.
A personal brand has the element of trust, whereas company pages have corporate anonymity.
In my experience, personal brands definitely perform better than company pages.
Agree with below comments.
People don't like to engage with Company Pages in my experience, they prefer to talk directly with someone within the company - it's a more personalized exchange.
Yeah, most people don't like engaging with Company Pages, but are much more likely to engage with a Personal Page. Every company should use this strategy.
This would be an amazing integration, as the engagements on a Personal LinkedIn Profiles are much higher.
It would give an amazing marketing insights, and could attract people managing other people's LinkedIn profiles to your business too.
