Hi Jason,
Thanks for reaching out.
We've sent a few emails to our users explaining about the struggles we are experiencing to pull accurate data in Databox due to a structure of Asana's Analytics APIs.
Further, it often takes our system more than 1 hour to pull one simple metric, which is an unreasonable amount of time for a customer to wait for a Databoard to load and a large strain on our systems. With our new Custom Date Range functionality, which allows you to pull data in real-time for a selected Date Range, the sync delay and data accuracy issues are significantly worse. While we have been able to roll out our new Date Range functionality for our other 70+ integrations, we were not able to do this for Asana.
Given that so few of our customers are relying on this integration (we only received a response from 5 customers), we've decided to deprecate the Asana integration.
In the short term, if it is critical for you to view Asana data in Databox, feel free to book a call with our sales engineer to discuss how we can pull basic data using some 3rd party integration tools here: (app.hubspot.com/meetings/dhallai/services?utm_source=hs_email&utm_medium=email&_hsenc=p2ANqtz-97p5dL63zskbwG_sxf7rbcnbv6ZGalosjy7kGMSdaOJxw9xsWft0TdHcF-7wi44HKBnlxW)), or review available middleware tools that might help you bring desired data to Databox for now (help.databox.com/article/420-overview-custom-integration-integrations).
