Use case:
Agency user is doing regional reporting for a client, and wants to understand the campaign performance for each region. They include the name of the region in the campaign name, for example "EU" but with the current metric builder, they have to select the specific campaign with EU in it. It would be great if there is a "contains" option in the metric builder so this is used instead.
