I migrated over from Agency Analytics and their CallRail integration was great because it allowed you to pull a feed of calls that could then be listened too etc. It was table format, so allowed for different columns to be displayed etc.

This was a great thing to include in reports to clients because if you're providing a call tracking service through CallRail, the ability to playback calls is great to share if you want to.

Would be nice if Databox implemented something similar. Currently, because I need to share call recording with clients, I have to provide an entirely separate login to my CallRaill account for each client just to access this one particular part of CallRail data. If Agency Analytics can pull this information into their integration, I don't see why Databox can't do it as well.
