Great news!
To support updates that Google has made to the Google Ads's API, we've reworked our Google Ads integration and released the updated version yesterday (April 19, 2022).
With this update, the integration supports connecting Google Ads Manager Accounts and includes the syncing of Performance Max and Local Campaign data. We've also added some new Metrics and Dimensions to the integration that are available via the Query Builder for Google Ads ( help.databox.com/article/163-overview-google-ads-query-builder ).
New metrics that have been added include "All Conversions Value / Interactions," "Conversions Value / Cost," "All Conversions from Click to Call," "Impressions from Store Reach," "Hotel Average Lead Value," and many more.
New Dimensions that have been added include "Ad Destination Type," "Geo Target Country," "Labels," "Asset," "Currency Code," and many more.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to our Support via chat or at help@databox.com.
Google is transitioning all Smart Shopping campaigns over to Performance Max shortly, and you don't even allow your paying customers to have this data in their reports!
It's such a core for eCommerce businesses, so let us report on it!
Databox keep telling me "coming soon", but I'm yet to see anything.
Sort this out, otherwise many of us will likely be taking our business elsewhere.

This is incredibly important. As performance replaces smart shopping campaigns later this year, it will be essential to have this supported in Databox.
I've been checking the Roadmap for the Performance Max Campaign metrics almost twice a week, though you promised to update us directly via email. Just showing how important this metric is to us.
Can't stress enough how important is this to us. All of our client Databoards reflect Google Ads campaigns for eCommerce companies, which we now primarily run through Performance Max. These Databoards are effectively useless to us until we can see this data.
I would also point out that Google has announced that they will be automatically transitioning all Smart Shopping campaigns over to Performance Max between July and September of this year, meaning that this will affect most Google Ads accounts for any eCommerce companies in that timeframe.

Our team is planning to update our integration with the API migration, before the above-mentioned Google change.
We can not provide an exact ETA, but we aim to improve our user experience in as soon as possible.
