Reports: Ability to tag a user

An improvement idea is to have an option to add Tags into the text field at the bottom of a Report.
This would enable two-way communication between the Report creator and the Report viewer/user, and giving the Report viewer/user an opportunity to follow up or ask questions on some data points.
Use case:
A call-out for attention or discussion on a particular report about the specific metric, from Report creator to the Report viewer/user.
