A long-awaited Databox feature, Custom Date Ranges*, will begin rolling out in Beta for our Plus and above customers over the next few weeks.

As the name suggests, Custom Date Ranges (CDR) will allow you to monitor your data for a specific time period, defined by simply selecting a start and end date.

Hi all,

We are exited to share this update with you!

We have successfully implemented Custom Date Range (CDR) functionality across our platform.
This functionality introduces several improvements, such as being able to select Custom Date Ranges (available on higher plans) and seeing more up-to-date data on your Databoards.

CDR is now supported on:
- Features, like Databoards, Scorecards, Metrics screen,...
- All Data Sources that Databox integrates with (see the list here: help.databox.com/article/449-overview-custom-date-ranges#which-data).

Learn more about CDR functionality here:
help.databox.com/article/449-overview-custom-date-ranges.

If you have any feedback to share with us, feel free to do so. We'd love to hear it!

Sandra from Databox

Hi,
Do you have a timeframe for the Harvest integration update to Custom Date Ranges?

Ho Jho,

We can not provide an exact timeframe, but the development of the Custom Date Range support for Harvest integration is already in progress.

Will Custom Date Range be available for Custom and Calculated Metrics as well?

Hi Dominik,

Custom Date Range functionality is already available for all Metrics - Basic, Custom and Calculated.

However, CDR is not yet available on all Data Sources, therefore you are not able to use it on the Metrics from those Data Sources. Review Data Sources that already supports CDR here: help.databox.com/article/449-overview-custom-date-ranges#which-data.
For other Data Source that might be in your interest, you can subscribe to updates here: roadmap.databox.com/b/integrations-with-cdr-support/.

Please note that Custom Date Range functionality is available in Plus and Business Accounts. Feel free to request a trial of Custom Date Ranges by following these steps: help.databox.com/article/319-how-to-start-a-trial-of-paid-plans.

Does this help?
