Databoards sharing: ability to mix IP addresses and passwords

Currently, shared Databoards can be protected in the following ways:
- IP address protection is limited to specific IP(s), therefore Databoards can open only on those locations (e.g. in your company).
- If Databoards should be accessible only to specific users inside the company, they can be additionally protected by password.
- Or Databoards can be protected only by password, and the respective users can access it regardless of the location.

An improvement suggestion is having a combination of IP address and password protection, where both protections would be turned on, and would work in the following way:
- If user is on the location of the IP address, he should not be asked for a password
- If user is not on the location of the IP address, he should be asked for a password
