Ability to exclude current month from "All Time" Date Range

Currently, 'All Time' Date Range is showing data until the current month.
It'd be great having the option to exclude the current month from all time data when ''All Time'' Date Range is selected, since this brings down my graphs due to the April's data being barely underway.
Could you improve this asap please? Thanks.
