Goals: Granulation synchronization with goal setup

Currently, with the Goal creation we set a Monthly goal and tick the boxes to calculate other granulations (Daily, Weekly, Quarterly, Yearly). That works ok.
However, if we open the Advanced Settings and set e.g. the Monthly Goal for the last month of last year (this is required for displaying the Goal line on Line Charts if looking at last month or last year data, for example), it doesn't automatically add the Daily, Weekly, Quarterly Goals for the same period. We have to manually set the Goal for each granulation.

If you manually add goals for past periods (regardless of which granularity you initially select), the goal values for all other selected granulations should be automatically calculated as well.
