Increase number of looped Databoards

Currently, the limit of looped Databoards is set to 20.

I am hoping that we can increase the number of looped Databoards, because 20 is not sufficient.

Would love to have the capability for more boards on the looped databoards. Having clients with more than 20 companies under them makes the limit pretty rough to deal with. It would be inefficient to have multiple looped databoards sent to a client for just Meta Ads for example. Even with the possible negative effect on the performance of shareable links and snapshots, I believe having more boards would be more beneficial in the long run.

Having unlimited Databoards again in a loop is vital for our use of Databox. We love the UI of the platform, but we are streaming stats across our office it is not feasible to limit all KPIs and graphs needed to only 29.

Our organization would need 24 Databoards to be included in the loop. It was perfectly fine before the looped Databoards have been limited to 20. Hope your team could revert it back like it was before.

Recently, we've updated our Looped Databoards feature, where we limit the number of Databoards in the loop to max 20, in order to ensure good performance when reviewing Databoards via Shareable Links or getting them delivered as Scheduled Snapshots.

We are considering increasing this limit and are seeking for your feedback about the minimum requirements on the number of Databoards included in 1 loop that would meet your needs in your business reporting.

Hi Sandra,

Increasing the Databoard limit beyond 20 would make our reports significantly more valuable to our clients, since many of which are large companies that require lengthy reports.
E.g. To split one large report (i.e., a loop that is 45 Databoards long) into 3 loops is not user-friendly for our clients, who often rely on us presenting their reports via an easy-to-access, single PDF/one link.
