European number format: dot for thousands, comma for decimals

Currently, the metric numbers are in US format, by having comma for thousands and dot for decimals (e.g. 1,234.56 $).

An improvement would be to support the metric numbers in European format as well, by having dot for thousands and comma for decimals (e.g. 1.234,56 EUR).

At the moment, this is not possible to achieve with Custom Format option.

It is a very important format to make sense in the EU and LATAM market.

Indeed, this is huge for the European market, because it's so misleading for other users reviewing the data.
