Performance Summary: Ability to edit the content of the Performance Summaries

User wants to be able to remove the name of the Data Source and edit the contents of the Performance summary.
They would like the option to edit the contents of the summaries because they're sharing their own insights with clients, which may not always align with automatically generated insights. They also don't want the name of the Data Source to be visible to their clients.
