Prevent two users from overwriting each other's changes

Currently, two users might work on the same Databoard at the same time, without knowing that another user is working on a Databoard as well. This might cause a conflict in overwriting and saving changes.
If two users are editing a Databoard at the same time, notify them that there is another user working on it to prevent conflicts in overwriting changes.

Agreed. Since databoards lack any multi-user collaboration features, they should lock access when a user is editing a databoard. This functionality is similar to WordPress page editing - it locks other users from editing a page that is currently being edited by another user and gives the option of accessing a view only page.
