Under the White Label Add On we can only remove the chat widget (Intercom), and not replace it.
It would be great having the ability to enable the chat widget for agencies to communicate with their clients inside the platform.

Customer has a white labeled Databox account, and would like to add a way for their clients to be able to reach them via their Client page - via chat or email. They currently use SuiteDash tool for this purpose.

Since White Labeled Agency Accounts can not use Databox live chat, we need to be allowed to embed our own Live Chat module to support our clients.

Could you elaborate further if there is any specific chat tool that you use or would like to use (e.g. Intercom, Drift, or any other)?
