Reports: ability to create Templates

Currently, there is no option to create Report Templates.
Customer requested for ability to create Report Templates, and being able to sent them to Client Accounts.

We are an agency managing multiple client accounts. We URGENTLY and DESPERATELY need the ability to have a Master Report Template - that is consistent in layout, look and feel, so it can then be applied and used in across various Client Accounts to make our client reports consistent.
Currently, we have to create the same template, from scratch, in each and every Client Account, which is incredibly frustrating and time-consuming.
Having Master Templates that can be used in Client Accounts would be game changing for agency use case.
PLEASE enable the creation of a Master Template ASAP.

Customer is using Account Templates for Databoards, and it would be valuable if they could have the same option with Reports, along with the ability to use them across Client Accounts.
