Scorecards user permissions

Currently, you can set user permissions for Databoards, but not for Scorecards. Scorecards in the account can be seen, accessed and edited only by the creators.

An improvement would be having the ability to set user permissions for Scorecards, so other users in the account are able to see them and potentially edit them.

Use case:
Changing Account Managers for Agency's Client Accounts, which are the same as Scorecard creators. New client's Account Managers would need to recreate Scorecards in order to manage them further.

User wants the ability to set user permissions for Scorecards and as an admin being able to see all Scorecards permissions set. They need to see this in order to comply with Brazilian (LGPD) and European (GDPR) privacy laws, and our compliance team need to check if any sensitive data is sent to unexpected recipients.

I am working with an Agency that is afraid of creating multiple Scorecards with the same information for their Clients, since they can't see each other's Scorecards. So, it would be great to have this feature.
