Trash bin for deleted Databoards

Despite having to confirm the deletion of Databoards, users would like to restore them in some cases (e.g. changing their mind, other user deleted Databoard by a mistake, etc.).
It'd be great having a trash bin with deleted Databoards that could be restored by user. If user wouldn't restore Databoard in e.g. 30 days, Databoards would be automatically deleted forever.
Deleted Databoards wouldn't count towards account limit in number of Databoards, unless user would like to restore them.

Wanted to downgrade Databox account and started to delete data, but then decided to stay with the same plan and needed all deleted Databoards back.
