Use Data Sources connected to Agency Account in Client Accounts

Currently, Data Sources needs to be individually connected on the Agency and Client Account level in order to create reports within the respective account.
Make it possible to connect the same Data Source once under the Agency Account and being able to use it within Client Accounts as well.
Use case:
The agency is using one MySQL database where they store data for all their clients. Being able to have MySQL connected in Agency Account and use it in all Client Accounts without it being connected in there would ease up the process of creating Custom Metrics a lot.
