Number block: option to filter multiple dimensions

Currently, it is not possible to select multiple dimensions of a metric in the Number Block.
User would like to select multiple dimensions in the Number block. The only way to display the sum of filtered dimensions of a metric is by summing them up in a Data Calculation, which is time-consuming.
