Improve Heatmap Datablock to always start on the first day of the week

Right now, it's difficult to interpret the heatmap for periods like Last 30 Days because the first day being listed changes every day. So it's constantly shifting the days and isn't intuitive for viewers. Improvement suggestion: make the first day on the heatmap the "first day of the week" as selected by the user in their general settings. This will make it a lot easier to read and interpret.

It's the same with tables when showing dates, especially sorted by days in the columns. Would be much more intuitive to have today or the closest period pop up first, and then be able to use the arrows at the top right to navigate to previous days.
