Table with first row Date Range as Last 7 days

Currently, it is possible to have last 7 days as a Date Range, but it's not possible to have a separate Date Range for each row in a table.
User would like to be able to have the Date Range of last 7 days for only the first row of the Table visualization.
User doesn't want this feature to replace the table we already have, but would like to have this as an additional feature or an additional table visualization type with 7 last days in the first row.
