This request was under review, and it is now open for votes so we can see the interest for these metrics. Our teams will research to see if it is possible to get this data from the Klaviyo API.

I just spoke to our teams and currently, due to API limitations, it is not possible to support the attributed revenue metrics.
The Metric "Total value of Revenue" is now live in Databox:
roadmap.databox.com/b/metrics/klaviyo-total-value-of-revenue/

Campaign and flow specific metrics in general would be really helpful. At this point we have to dump everything into excel which really stinks.
