Support option to add Metric Descriptions to Custom Metrics (SQL, Token)

Currently, only pre-defined Metrics contain Metric Descriptions. Custom Metrics created with a SQL Query or pushed via API token don't yet support adding a Metric Description.

This option is available for all custom and calculated metrics (under 'Edit metric definition').

We are also upvoting having the ability to add metric descriptions to Custom Metrics.
It would be nice if the description of a metric (Basic or Custum Metric) becomes visible by hovering with the mouse over the Databoard (in a fullscreen view too).
